Article 1 - Objective
These conditions of sale concern the purchase of products or services carried out remotely via computer on the site www.miracapalbio.com, belonging to MIRA SAS. Each purchase transaction will be carried out on the basis of the Legislative Decree of 22 May 1999 n '185 and the Legislative Decree n' 196/03 (General rules for the processing of data), which regulates the process of processing personal data, including stored data abroad, carried out by any person whose domicile or offices are registered in Italy.

The customer, with an electronic transmission of the purchase order , declares to have read the terms and conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase process.

Article 3 - How to buy and prices
Before confirming the purchase, the total cost will be shown to the customer who will be able to modify, totally or partially, or completely cancel the order. Product prices are clearly indicated on the site and include VAT. If the product is not available, you will be informed by email. Article 4 - Shipping and payment

Please note that free shipping is applied on orders over € 100. A shipping fee will apply to orders under € 100, which may vary depending on your country.

Depending on your location, the shipping time may be:

EUROPE: 2-3 working days *

UNITED STATES: 3-4 business days *

REST OF THE WORLD: 3-6 working days *

Please note: orders placed after 12.00 (GMT + 2) on Friday will be processed starting from the following Monday.

As soon as your order has been carefully packaged and collected by the courier from the MIRA office, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing all the information about your order, such as the tracking number and the status of your shipment. < / p>

We would like to remind you that, once you leave the MIRA headquarters, the shipping time always depends on your location and any customs clearance times.

Article 5 - Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree n'206 of 2005, our customers, also referred to as consumers, have the right to cancel their order within 14 days from when they received the goods . The withdrawal must be communicated by e-mail. Within 14 working days, the customer must return the goods intact, without any damage or scratches and kept in the original packaging. Both the product and the packaging will be subjected to a quality control which, if successful, will start the refund process, using the same payment method you chose at the time of purchase.
Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Article 7 - Legislation applicable and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale may be modified by MIRA SAS without notice and will be valid from the date of publication on the website www.miracapalbio.com.
It is understood that these Terms of Sale are subject to Italian law and all discussions on the matter will take place exclusively in the Court of Rome.
